I had the same problem, ordered mats from Scrappy Cats paying more than I usually do, but they had them in stock. Didn't receive any info other than a Paypal receipt. Nothing arrived, so I emailed (also questioning how many I had ordered as was going to order more)I got a reply saying they should be in by Dec 18th (I ordered Nov 5th!) so I cancelled the order... no reply, left a phone message ... no reply. Eventually got through and apparently all my messages except for the one asking about number ordered went missing. I was offered a 12 x 24 mat, but as you say it isn't ideal, so i am resticking my old mats for now! Merry Christmas, Denyse x
